MOTOROLL - TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Driver's age, license, and experience required:

Drivers must hold a license authorized/recognized by the European Union. Drivers from outside the European Union must hold an International Driving Permit.
Driving ability will be checked before renting the vehicle by our authorized staff.
* ATV can be driven with driving license B if it was issued before 19.1.2013. If the driving license was issued after this date, the driver must have an A category.
Health and Safety:
Motoroll Company is responsible for the maintenance and good operation of its vehicles. Our aim is to provide quality, fully serviced, and tested vehicles that are methodically checked to ensure trouble-free operation during their use.
Motoroll Company has the right to refuse to rent a vehicle to people who do not demonstrate good driving behavior during the pre-rental check. If bad driving behavior is detected later, the rental can be terminated, especially if the license is not legal or does not exist, or in any case where the safety of third parties or the vehicle is compromised by bad driving behavior.
Allowed and prohibited areas will be explained upon delivery and marked on a map.
Minimum Rental Period:
The minimum rental period is one day or as otherwise determined and recorded in consultation with the offices of Motoroll rental company.
Vehicle Pickup / Delivery:
Our customers can collect the vehicle from our headquarters in Faliraki, Rhodes, during all working hours and days. We can deliver the vehicles to the location of our customer's choice. Within 12 km is free and is precisely specified in our booking system. For free delivery to your location, the duration of the reservation, the availability of people to transport the vehicle, and other factors will be considered, which you will be informed of by contacting us.
Before receiving the vehicle, a special rental agreement is signed, detailing all rental conditions and terms. This contract also records any minor damages or alterations found during the inspection before receiving and signing the contract. When returning the vehicle, it is checked by our staff, and any damages or alterations that were not present before and for which you (the customer) are charged will be noted.
Unless otherwise agreed, the vehicle is returned to the rental or pickup location. If the vehicle is not returned at the agreed delivery time and is used extra for a few hours, there is an additional charge depending on the extra hours or period, and this will be recorded in the rental contract.
If the vehicle is returned in a condition that requires washing, Motoroll Company has the right to charge you an additional 20 euros for washing the vehicle.
The rental period is shown in the rental contract and concerns the day and time of collection as well as the day and time of delivery. According to Motoroll Company rules, unfortunately, no money is refunded in case of cancellation of the rental for the agreed period or for other reasons for returning the vehicle before the agreed delivery date, and this is explicitly stated in the rental conditions.

Fuel:
Vehicles must be refueled exclusively with 95 octane unleaded gasoline and should be returned with the same amount as at the time of collection. Otherwise, you will be charged additional money based on this amount, which is recorded in the rental contract.
Payment Terms:
Full payment can be made through the booking system or after correspondence with Motoroll Company. We accept credit cards such as Visa, MasterCard, Maestro, as well as bank transfers or Western Union. Payment can also be made in cash in Euros or US Dollars upon vehicle collection and signing the rental agreement.
Insurance:
All vehicles are covered by third-party liability insurance (Collision Damage Waiver), which is included in the rental cost. Damages to third parties are covered up to €100,000.
If our customer is responsible for an accident or damage to Motoroll Company's vehicles, payment for the damage or consequences must be made depending on the case and the value of the vehicle.
If the customer wishes to have FDW (Full Damage Waiver) insurance, they can pay additional charges as specified in our price list. FDW insurance ranges from €3 to €20 per day, with the customer covering €150 to €3000, depending on the type of vehicle. The customer is informed about these terms before the rental.
However, FDW insurance only covers driving on paved roads. The customer is not allowed to drive Motoroll vehicles off-road, on mountain dirt roads, rocks, beaches, etc. If the car is stolen due to forgotten keys in the vehicle, the customer bears full responsibility. FDW also does not cover stolen personal items left in the vehicle.
Law Violations:
All penalties or fines are the responsibility of the renter.
Accident / Damage or Technical Problem:
In case of any technical problem on the road with one of our rental vehicles, please inform us immediately.
In case of an accident or damage to the rental vehicle or to a third party or property, please contact Motoroll Company immediately at +30 6944098368. If you do not recognize your responsibility to a third party or property, you should speak ONLY with a Motoroll Company representative.
Ferry Boat Transportation:
Trips with ferries are strictly prohibited. The rented vehicle must remain only on the island of Rhodes, unless otherwise agreed before the rental and explicitly stated in the rental agreement.
Withdrawal:
Motoroll Company wants its customers to enjoy their holidays with our vehicles as much as possible.
However, if it comes to our attention that the rented vehicle is being driven dangerously, negligently, used for illegal purposes, driven under the influence of drugs or alcohol, driven by someone other than the person mentioned in the rental agreement, causing damage to third parties or Motoroll properties, we may take the vehicle back without the obligation for any refund of the remaining rental amount.
In case of serious reasons from the customer's side, such as cancellation of their holidays before arrival or during their stay (e.g., death in the family), serious health problems during their holidays (proven with medical documentation), you can cancel your booking and we will refund the money for the unused period.
